The Springs Equity Hedge FIC FIM and Springs Equity Hedge Plus FIC FIM funds follow related investment strategies, both focused on alpha generation in Equities. It is important to clarify that any discrepancies in returns between these funds may arise from differences in the gross and net exposure levels of each strategy, in performance benchmarks, or from the impact of performance fee accrual based on each investment's high-water mark, which may vary according to each fund's inception date and the date of each investor's contribution, as set forth in the fund regulations.
